Actividad antimicrobiana in vitro de volátiles y no volátiles de lippia alba y extractos orgánicos y acuoso de justicia pectoralis cultivadas en diferentes pisos termicos del departamento del tolima
Abstract
Los hidrodestilados y extractos metanólicos de l. alba sin hidrodestilar y destiladas, además de extractos acuoso y orgánicos (acetato de etilo, etanol) de j. pectorales fueron evaluados para su actividad antimicrobiana mediante el método de difusión en agar con disco y diluciones dobles seriadas en medio liquido. Todos los extractos mostraron una insignificante actividad (leve o inactivo), mientras que los volátiles de l. alba mostraron fuerte actividad contra Candida albicans seguido de Staphylococcus aureus y Escherichia coli. En lo concerniente a la evaluación antimicrobiana de plantas cultivadas en diferentes altitudes, no se observo diferencia significativa en ninguno de los casos.Downloads
