Actividad antiplasmodial de extractos de la planta calophyllum lucidum (clusiaceae)
Abstract
En este trabajo se evaluó la actividad antiplasmodial in vitro en cultivos continuos de P. falciparum cepa FCB-2 de cuatro extractos de la planta Calophyllum lucidum, utilizando el método HRP-2. El extracto que mostró mayor actividad fue el de metanol con una inhibición máxima de 81 por ciento y una IC50 de 8,7 μg/mL, por lo cual se justifica seguir con el fraccionamiento y la búsqueda de metabolitos activos a partir de este extracto.Downloads
