Obtención de sustancias antimicrobianas a partir de esponjas de la bahía de cispatá
Abstract
De las esponjas marinas Amphimedon viridis y Suberites aurantiaca, se aislaron las fracciones de ácidos grasos y de compuestos esteroidales. Los ácidos grasos se identificaron mediante CGAR-EM obteniéndose 22 compuestos, que incluyen ácidos con diferentes funcionalidades químicas. En la fracción esterólica de A. viridis se identificaron 6 esteroles con núcleo ? 5 y diferentes cadenas laterales. Por su parte, en la misma fracción de S. aurantiaca se encontraron núcleos ? 5,7, los cuales fueron oxidados fotoquímicamente obteniéndose compuestos tipo epidioxiesteroidales, cuya identificación química incluyo experimentos de MS y RMN. Los extractos de diclorometano y metanólico de A. viridis y la fracción epidioxiesteroidal obtenida de S. aurantiaca, presentaron buena actividad antibacteriana.Downloads
