Combinación de ppca y hmm para la identificación de infarto agudo de miocardio
Abstract
Este artículo presenta una nueva versión de análisis de componentes principales que utiliza una cadena oculta de Markov con la finalidad de obtener una representación optimizada de datos observados a través del tiempo para la identificación de infarto agudo de miocardio. La novedad del método propuesto consiste principalmente en la manera en la cual una técnica de reducción de dimensionalidad estática ha sido combinada con un modelo clásico de mezclas en el tiempo, para mejorar las capacidades de transformación, reducción y clasificación de series de tiempo.
