Cuantificacion de taxol y baccatin iii en callos de taxus baccata por cromatografia liquida de alta eficiencia (hplc)
Abstract
Callos de Taxus baccata fueron inducidos a partir de segmentos de agujas y tallos en el medio de cultivo TM5 suplementado con diferentes concentraciones de picloram en combinación con ácido giberélico (GA3) y kinetina. Los segmentos de tallo produjeron callos con tasas de crecimiento más altas que las obtenidas a partir de las agujas. Los mejores medios para la inducción de callos fueron TM5 suplementados con 1 o 6 mg/L de picloram en combinación con 0,1 mg/L de GA3 y 0,1 mg/L de kinetina respectivamente. El análisis por HPLC de los extractos metanólicos de los callos determinó que el rango de concentración de Taxol estuvo entre 1,90–8,75 mg/L y el de Baccatin III entre 4,55–18,90 mg/L.Downloads
