El compostaje como una estrategia de producción más limpia en los centros de beneficio animal del departamento de risaralda
Abstract
Con el fin de generar una propuesta de Producción Más Limpia (PML) acorde con las necesidades y situación socioeconómica de los centros de beneficio animal (mataderos) municipales del departamento de Risaralda, se realizó un diagnóstico ambiental, por medio del cual se logró identificar que la actividad de mayor impacto común a este sector productivo, es el manejo inadecuado de subproductos tales como la sangre, el rumen y el estiércol. Como estrategia de PML que ofrece una solución económicamente viable y técnicamente pertinente para el tratamiento y disposición de estos subproductos, se identificó el proceso de compostaje.Downloads
