Incidencia de los campos electromagnéticos en los sistemas vivos

Abstract

El estudio de los efectos de la radiación electromagnética en los sistemas vivos y los potenciales riegos asociados a este fenómeno, requieren de un trabajo multidisciplinario que necesita de la física, la ingeniería, la matemática, la biología, la química, la medicina, y de la salud ambiental para presentar de manera real, los efectos biológicos que producen. Gran parte de la confusión y la controversia que existe actualmente en este campo, proviene de opiniones particulares de una sola disciplina que no consideran totalmente los hechos fundamentales o las teorías de las otras áreas del conocimiento. En este artículo se presenta desde diferentes puntos de vista el riesgo potencial asociado a los efectos de la radiación del campo electromagnético sobre los seres vivos y los potenciales daños asociados a dicha exposición; los cuales pueden ser antecedentes a un posible trabajo de investigación multidisciplinario en la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.
