Abstract

Las recomendaciones realizadas por la Agenda 21 que se exponen a continuación, marcan las pautas para el manejo de los residuos sólidos dentro de los parámetros de producción y consumo sostenibles, cada área plantea sus objetivos generales y se consideran de especial importancia para el proceso de gestión integral de residuos sólidos. Se propone la generación de empresas de economía solidaria para la recuperación de residuos sólidos justificado en el ingreso diario y anual de cada integrante de la empresa soportado en un estudio de mercados y una proyección financiera.
