Analisis del desempeño de una turbina de gas cuando hay indicios de deterioro en sus componentes
Abstract
Las turbinas de gas utilizadas en aeronaves deben ser sometidas a mantenimientos reconstructivos cuando se ha detectado que su desempeño está disminuyendo por el deterioro propio que experimenta toda máquina en operación. Los signos de dicho deterioro son el aumento del consumo de combustible, modificaciones en las relaciones de compresión del compresor y de la turbina, que repercuten directamente en la potencia de la máquina, y por ende, en las lecturas de parámetros como son la relación de presión (EPR) y la temperatura de los gases de escape (EGT). En este documento se simulará el desempeño de un motor GE CF6-80C2 utilizado en el avión Boeing 747 cuando éste se encuentra deteriorado.Downloads
