Diseño y construcción de un banco prefisurador de probetas tipo flexión en tres puntos para determinar la fractotenacidad ctod
Abstract
En el presente proyecto de investigación se diseñó y construyó un banco para generar fisuras por fatiga, para probetas del tipo flexión en tres puntos. Se hicieron ensayos de una platina de acero SAE 1045 laminado en caliente, se adaptaron los dispositivos que fueron necesarios para el momento en que se prefisuraron las probetas, entre los cuales se encuentran un contador de ciclos, una celda de carga y un microscopio óptico. Se estudió el avance del crecimiento de grieta, una vez se prefisuraron las probetas, se procedió a realizar el ensayo de fractotenacidad denominado Desplazamiento de Apertura de Grieta (Crack Tip Opening Displacement, CTOD) bajo la Norma ASTM E1290.Downloads
