Reemplazamiento de equipo industrial: una aplicación multicriterio

Abstract

Uno de los problemas principales en la gestión de operaciones empresariales, se centra en la planificación adecuada del reemplazo de equipos, no solo por su impacto en los costos de operación, sino también, por sus efectos en el nivel de servicio al proceso productivo. Por tal razón, el presente artículo, expone la construcción de un modelo matemático no lineal basado en el uso de técnicas multicriterio y métodos de expertos. Se presentan los resultados de su aplicación en una empresa del sector azucarero.
