Abstract
Este artículo presenta índices estadísticos de confiabilidad del servicio de electricidad por zonas y sectores del municipio de Pereira. Estos índices son más completos que los indicadores DES y FES pues incluyen todas las fallas que ocurren en el sistema de distribución.Downloads
