Barrido de calles y vehículos barredores
Abstract
El barrido de calles es un servicio importante en áreas urbanas. La cantidad de basura y polución que es arrojada a las calles por carros y peatones debe ser removida, no sólo para mejorar el aspecto de las vías y evitar el bloqueo de los desagües, sino también para reducir la polución que es lanzada a la atmósfera o que llega a los ríos y océanos a través de los desagües. Este artículo describe los tipos más comunes de vehículos para barrer calles: mecánicos de cepillo, asistidos por vacío y de aire regenerativos. Se discuten algunos problemas de éstos y se presentan algunas investigaciones sobre el tema. La investigación en este campo ha sido muy poca y es grande el potencial para su desarrollo.Downloads
