Establecimiento in vitro de heliconias con fines de producción masiva
Abstract
Los explantes de heliconias fueron desinfectados empleando hipoclorito de sodio y alcohol 70º, utilizando diferentes concentraciones del primero y diferentes tiempos de exposición de los rizomas a cada uno de ellos, además se variaron los tamaños de los explantes buscando disminuir los niveles de fenolización. En total fueron evaluados ocho tratamientos cada uno con 15 rizomas, tomando como indicadores las tasas de contaminación por hongos y bacterias, los explantes necrosados, fenolizados y libres de contaminación. Los explantes fueron sembrados en medio MS suplementado con 2 mg/l de 6-BAP y 0.01 g/l de AIB. Para controlar la contaminación bacteriana se utilizó el antibiótico Rocefín® (Ceftrioxona) 0,2 g/l, principal problema que se presenta con la propagación de estas especies.Downloads
