Selección de proveedor de WMS utilizando método AHP

Abstract

Este artículo  tiene como objetivo utilizar una metodología de AHP para apoyar decisiones de selección de proveedores de plataformas WMS en el CEDI buscando incrementar potencialmente la eficiencia y satisfacción de los requerimientos del cliente. Para alcanzar el objetivo se utilizó la metodología AHP basada en la estructuración de arbol jerarquicos , objetivos, criterios y alternativas, a los cuales, posteriormente, se les determina la importancia relativa para apoyar la selección de la plataforma WMS de un proveedor. Como resultado,  se establece la importancia de la utilización de métodos de análisis de decisiones AHP basado en modelos cuantitativos y la experiencia de los decisores para seleccionar plataformas WMS de proveedores . Inclusive, en el caso de estudio la empresa de cárnicos seleccionó un desarrollo propio para implementar un WMS, ya que esta alternativa obtuvo una prioridad del 64.8% respecto a las alternativas de selección de un proveedor internacional con una prioridad del 25.3% y proveedor local del 9.9%.
