Caracterización óptica de Diodos emisores de Luz mediante su espectros de emisión y patrones de radiación

Se obtuvieron los espectros de emisión y patrones de radiación de LED’s de distintos colores. Los espectros de emisión fueron obtenidos utilizando un montaje óptico que permitía descomponer la radiación visible en sus diferentes longitudes de onda. Con un sensor de luz ubicado a la salida del sistema óptico se obtuvieron las lecturas de intensidad respectivas. El montaje fue calibrado con las tres líneas más prominentes del espectro de la lámpara de mercurio correspondientes a los valores de 404.7, 546.1, 578 nm y además con un láser de He-Ne de longitud de onda de 633nm.
