MARCADORES MOLECULARES AFLP DE PLANTAS DONADORAS DE ALISO Alnus acuminata H.B.K.
Abstract
El aliso (Alnus acuminata H.B.K.) es un recurso forestal de gran potencial, debido a su rápido crecimiento, a su asociación con fijadores de nitrógeno y a sus ventajas ecológicas. El Grupo de Biodiversidad y Biotecnología (Facultad de Ciencias Ambiéntales) de la U.T.P. logró la embriogénesis somática de esta especie, pero era necesario verificar la estabilidad genética de los materiales embriogénicos. En este trabajo se muestra la obtención de marcadores moleculares AFLP de plántulas de aliso donadoras de hojas para el proceso de embriogénesis somática, lo que permitirá realizar estudios de estabilidad genética de los callos embriogénicos y los embriones somáticos o bien de caracterización molecular de la especie.Downloads
