ESTUDIO DE LA RESISTENCIA A LA CORROSIÓN DE ACEROS INOXIDABLES AUSTENITICOS USADOS EN IMPLANTES QUIRURGICOS
Abstract
El objetivo del presente trabajo es evaluar la resistencia a la corrosión por picadura e intergranular de tres aceros inoxidables austeníticos, utilizados en implantes quirúrgicos. La resistencia a la corrosión por picadura fue evaluada a través de ensayos electroquímicos, la corrosión intergranular a través de la Práctica A (ASTM A262) y del método de Reactivación Electroquímica Potenciodinámica. La resistencia a la corrosión por picadura decreció en la siguiente orden: P558-F1586-F138. La resistencia a la corrosión intergranular de los materiales solubilizados fue buena, presentando grado de sensitización igual a cero; después del tratamiento de sensitización, solamente el acero P558 presento sensitización.Downloads
