Abstract

El artículo presenta algunos enfoques con los cuales han administrado el talento humano, desde las primeras teorías sobre la administración de las organizaciones hasta las reflexiones que se deben hacer alrededor de las teorías administrativas modernas. Con estas comparaciones se espera verificar que la eficacia de las personas que trabajan en conjunto depende de la capacidad de quienes efectúan la función administrativa para conseguir objetivos comunes. Adicionalmente, el avance tecnológico y el desarrollo del crecimiento humano, por si mismos, no explican si la calidad de la administración en grupos de personas permiten una aplicación efectiva de esos recursos humanos.
