RESISTENCIA AL DESGASTE EROSIVO-CORROSIVO DE ACEROS INOXIDABLES MARTENSÍTICOS CON ALTO CONTENIDO DE NITRÓGENO
Abstract
Los aceros inoxidables AISI 410 y 410S fueron nitrurados a 1100°C en atmósfera de N2 puro, ambos templados y revenidos a 200°C y 450°C. La presión de N2 usada, permitió obtener una composición superficial de nitrógeno más carbono, semejante al contenido de carbono del acero AISI 420 (tomado como material de comparación). Ensayos de desgaste erosivo-corrosivo fueron realizados a diferentes temperaturas, usando un medio acuoso, compuesto por agua de mar sintética y partículas de cuarzo. Los resultados mostraron, que el nitrógeno mejoró la resistencia al desgaste de los aceros inoxidables estudiados, ya que presentarón menores pérdidas de masa en las diferentes condiciones de ensayo.Downloads
