Abstract

La estructura administrativa de las organizaciones esta integrada por un ciclo de fases que se inicia con la planeación y tras la organización y ejecución de los procesos se cierra con la evaluación de los mismos, base sobre la cual pueden implementarse los correctivos y el mejoramiento que potencie su efectivo funcionamiento y calidad. Este documento propone las bases y componentes fundamentales de un sistema integral de medición de la gestión para el mejoramiento continuo de la calidad, como expresión de la fase de evaluación en una Universidad publica en la búsqueda por garantizar el cumplimiento de su misión.
