ÍNDICE DE RIESGO SÍSMICO URBANO
Abstract
El Índice de riesgo sísmico urbano (I.R.S.U.) es un modelo para la estimación holística que utiliza la evaluación multicriterio e involucra factores de amenaza como amenaza sísmica y efectos colaterales y de vulnerabilidad como físico, exposición, socio-económico e institucional, para obtener una aproximación a las condiciones de riesgo. El I.R.S.U. se propone como una herramienta para la toma de decisiones en la gestión del riesgo, que permite realizar evaluaciones individuales y también comparativas entre áreas urbanas, con el fin de efectuar análisis regionales. Finalmente, este modelo ha sido aplicado en cinco municipios de Colombia pertenecientes al Eje Cafetero.Downloads
