Abstract

El éxito organizacional involucra muchos aspectos y uno de los más importantes en cualquier empresa es el financiero.  Teniendo en cuenta esta realidad es necesario utilizar herramientas que ayuden a la toma de decisiones y los sistemas de costeo contribuyen de gran manera en este proceso, pues basados en ellos la gerencia puede seleccionar una alternativa entre una amplia gama de posibilidades. Bajo esta premisa en este artículo se desarrolla una propuesta de un  costeo basado en actividades  para empresas operadores de red que sirva como ayuda para la eficiente toma de decisiones.
