Utilización de las señales Acústicas para la evaluación del modulo de elasticidad

Se diseño e implemento un prototipo para evaluación de las propiedades mecánicas de los materiales, mediante la técnica de propagación de señales acústicas. Los materiales estudiados fueron vidrio, bronce, aluminio y cobre. El parámetro analizado lo constituye el tiempo de retardo de la señal, cuando está se propaga por la muestra. Esté parámetro permite obtener la velocidad de propagación del sonido y el módulo de elasticidad, los cuales están de acuerdo con los resultados reportados en la literatura por otras técnicas; validando de esta manera la técnica de pulsos sónicos.
