Abstract

Esta investigación parte de la noción de complejidad ambiental para proponer una gestión sistémica de las organizaciones, planteado desde el aprendizaje y el que hacer de la administración ambiental.  Desde esta perspectiva las organizaciones son interpretadas como sistemas complejos, implicando necesariamente nuevos enfoques del conocimiento que comprendan las distintas situaciones problemáticas que las aquejan.  Se elige entonces una organización como estudio de caso y utilizando la Metodología de los Sistemas Blandos en acción, se coloca en evidencia la necesidad de aplicar estas perspectivas a las situaciones que deben ser transformadas; es decir, responder a problemas complejos que necesitan ser administrados
