Abstract

El artículo propone los tableros alistonados como una alternativa de materia prima para el Sector de la Madera y el Mueble en la región[1]. Considerando los resultados de la investigación realizada, estos tableros permiten mejorar las propiedades mecánicas y el aspecto de la madera, lográndose un producto de mayor calidad; además es posible fabricarlos con tecnología apropiada y son un mercado potencial por sus aplicaciones en la ingeniería, la arquitectura y el diseño de productos.
