Abstract
La tecnología ha impactado directamente el modo de vida de las personas y las TICs no han estado ajenas a este fenómeno. En lo concerniente al conocimiento y la forma como este se adquiere, se ha experimentado un cambio importante en la segunda mitad del siglo XX sujeta a la evolución de las telecomunicaciones en el mundo. Si bien no ha terminado el proceso, es de esperase que se consolide una nueva forma de educación donde no sean relevantes los espacios geográficos y las diferencias socioculturales de modo tal que se logre una reducción de las diferencias entre los países.Downloads
