Abstract

Se mostrarán algunos resultados obtenidos por los grupos de investigación Enseñanza de la Física y la Matemática (ENFIMA) y Estudios Metodológicos para la Enseñanza de la Matemática incorporando las Tecnologías de la Información y las Comunicaciones (EMEMATIC), sobre algunas de las dificultades  que presentan los estudiantes al pasar de la educación media a la superior. Dificultades que no permiten una adecuada adaptación a la vida universitaria y conducen a un alto índice de fracaso estudiantil y profesoral. Además, se socializarán algunos de los resultados obtenidos en una experiencia de aula realizada en la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira con un grupo de estudiantes que ingresaron a las carreras de ingeniería y tecnología en el segundo semestre académico de 2010.
